Hello City Lights Church family,
My name is Gracen Damant Copley and I have been a part of this church family since 2018. I have been serving with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) since 2021. My training and discipleship were in YWAM – Kona, HI, and I have been serving the unreached in Egypt, Djibouti, and primarily Nepal.
This September, 2024, I will be moving full-time to Nepal with YWAM – Pokhara, Respect The Corners. I have found two of my main passions in life are physical fitness and outdoor adventuring. This has led me to connect with a YWAM ministry called Respect The Corners (RTC), whose purpose it is to use physical fitness in bringing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to remote people groups of the world. The vision of RTC is to bring a Bible to every region, village, home and person. Each RTC team member is discipled to walk as a person of integrity and humility, to not cut corners in physical training or life, respecting faith, family, integrity and love.
I can honestly say, through the mentoring of the leaders of this ministry, my love for God, family, being a man of integrity and loving those around me has grown beyond what I could have imagined. My life’s prayer and desire is to continue in this growth, as a walk out God’s call to go to the nations.
In Nepal I will also be involved in: Worship and prayer over the nation(s), trekking into remote regions of the Himalayas to share the Gospel with unreached people groups, leading short term trekking missions trips, running a Crossfit gym for the athletes and kids of the city, engaging in service projects in the communities and six months of language school.(Please pray for my brain to be able to quickly learn).
There is a lot to prepare before I go; equipment and supplies to purchase; family, friends, prayer/financial partners to visit, and new partners yet to meet.
On Sunday, Sept. 8th, I will have a gathering to share this mission and my needs with my City Lights Church family, and I invite you to attend. We will meet in the YOUTH ROOM at City Lights Church immediately following service. Food will be served.
If you are unable to attend, would you consider partnering with me financially and in prayer support, to reach the remote regions of the Himalayas with the love of Jesus Christ?
My monthly Nepali budget is $2000/month.
This projected budget was given to me by YWAM – Nepal. If you are interested in seeing the breakdown of expenses contact me and I can send it.
At the moment I still need $500/month to be fully funded.

one partner @ $100/month
In addition there is a budget for one time/yearly expenses.
