Who We Are:
At City Lights Youth, we’re all about building real friendships, diving deep into God’s Word, and chasing after His presence together. Every week, we start with fun and connection because community and friendship matters. Then, through Bible-centered teaching, we build a firm foundation on God’s Word. When we worship, we go all in—pressing into God’s presence, listening for His voice, and praying for each other. We’re not here for surface-level faith—we’re hungry for more of the Holy Spirit, believing for revival in our generation and our city and we'd love for you to join us!

What can I expect when I visit Youth?
When you visit City Lights Youth, one of our welcoming leaders will introduce you to new friends, help you get comfortable, and make sure you feel at home!
Our Tuesday night gatherings start at 6:30pm with a fun game, then teaching and a time of worship. We end @ 8:00pm
During the school year we break into small groups by grade. This is a great opportunity to connect with friends and leaders at a deeper level and create a solid foundation of Biblical understanding.
We meet at City Lights Church in the Youth room. Just follow the signs in the hall to find your way!
Are Middle School and High School together?
Our Youth ministry combines Middle School with High School for our services and camps. We break into MS and HS Small groups that meet every other week through the school year.
Middle School has their own separate ministry called IGNITE that also meets the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month during the 10am service.
Who are the leaders?
City Lights Youth is led by Pastors Dustin and Kate Groeneman along with an amazing team of both student and adult leaders. Every leader 18 and over must complete a background check and pastoral interview before serving in the Youth ministry making it a safe space for our students.
